Willis Bond
Established in 1988, Willis Bond is a property development and investment company specialising in large-scale developments. It has an established reputation for creating high-quality retail, residential and mixed-use communities in modern urban environments.
Willis Bond has a track record of completing complex multi-stage projects of a high quality. Examples include the popular Catalina Bay Precinct development at Hobsonville Point in Auckland and the award-winning Cuba Precinct and Chews Lane Precinct in central Wellington.

Studio Pacific Architecture
Studio Pacific Architecture is a Wellington-based practice established in 1992 by the three directors, Nick Barratt-Boyes, Stephen McDougall and Evzen Novak.
Studio Pacific has evolved into an award-winning substantial creative practice with diverse projects throughout New Zealand.
Whilst the practice is both national and international, it has become an integral part of Wellington’s creative community and has worked on many of the projects that have shaped Wellington’s urban environment and its waterfront, as a place to work, play, live and explore. It has completed a number of exemplary projects.
Studio Pacific has previously partnered with Willis Bond to deliver its One Market Lane apartment development in Wellington and its 30 Madden apartment development in the Wynyard Precinct, Auckland.
Other recent notable commercial projects include the Tāmaki Precinct Masterplan in Auckland, the new Nelson airport terminal and Tākina - Wellington’s new Convention and Exhibition venue.
L.T. McGuinness
L.T. McGuinness is a third-generation family construction company with a 70-year unblemished reputation for quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, trust and partnerships.
Since 1950, L.T. McGuinness has been involved in the successful construction and redevelopment of many landmark buildings including Government House and Premier House.
In partnership with Willis Bond, L.T. McGuinness has constructed a number of celebrated commercial precinct developments including Catalina Bay Precinct in Auckland, and the Chews Lane and Cuba Precincts in Wellington.
Beca
Beca is one of the largest employee-owned engineering and related consultancy services companies in the Asia-Pacific.
Beca has developed the services design for Blue Mountains Campus including all ventilation, technology, and power systems.
Beca also worked with Willis Bond on the Chews Lane Precinct and delivered the service engineering design for the new Wellington Regional Hospital.
Dunning Thornton Consultants
Dunning Thornton Consultants is a specialist structural and seismic consulting engineering firm operating from Wellington.
Dunning Thornton has partnered with Willis Bond to deliver the structural strategy for a number of projects including the Chews Lane Precinct, PwC Centre, Cuba Precinct and the recently completed Bell Gully Building.
It has also been responsible for a number of prominent Wellington projects, including the new Wellington Regional Hospital, moving the Museum Hotel, and the Meridian building. It has a justifiable reputation for innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality structural design.

RCP are 100% New Zealand owned and managed and bring 25 years’ practical industry experience in managing the upfront strategic planning, design and delivery of some of New Zealand’s most iconic and complex property and infrastructure projects. This experience includes a proven track record working alongside Willis Bond on such projects as the Victoria Lane Apartments, the Cuba Precinct, Tākina, the PwC Centre and Site 9 in Wellington together with the Catalina Bay Apartments in Auckland.
