1,700 square metres modern, sustainable office space ready now
The first stage of space within the campus is now ready. Anchor tenant KiwiRail has already moved in and MBIE is set to occupy its new space in October, along with the opening of an exciting new cafe.
There is 1,700 square metres of modern 5 Green Star design-accredited office space with expansive views available in this stage. It can be leased altogether or as smaller spaces. Leasing packages can be customised to meet your needs and Upper Hutt City Council is offering a rates remission deal for tenants for 10 years (starting in 2023).
