Building and Leasing

Stage 1 spaces available

The refurbished Ngā Toka | Buddle Building, which forms Stage 1 of the campus is now complete, and occupied by KiwiRail, MBIE, Silicon Systems and Panasonic.

There is one 850 square metre floor available to lease as well as a selection of private office suites on Level 2 within our boutique workspace offering, The Greenhouse >.

The Hopkirk building forms the next stage of works and is being strengthened and refurbished to offer exceptional office and/or retail spaces. Together with the Buddle Building, it will form the campus hub with ground-floor retail spaces opening onto landscaped communal spaces.

The rest of the campus will feature new, large-format, flexible low-rise buildings suitable for commercial use.
