Delivered by developer Willis Bond, designed by award-winning architects Studio Pacific Architecture and built by LT McGuinness, the campus is centrally located at 68 Ward Street, Upper Hutt.

We are excited to introduce The Greenhouse, our new boutique office suite offering at the campus. Located on Level 2 of Ngā Toka | Buddle Building, The Greenhouse offers private, modern workspaces from 25 - 100sqm, and a suite of shared amenity perfect for smaller teams.
